As a Sales Optical Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell optical frames to opticians and retail shops across the city. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, establishing strong business relationships, and driving sales growth within the optical industry. Your expertise in optical products and exceptional communication skills will contribute to the success of our company's sales efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and target potential opticians and retail shops as prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Present and demonstrate a wide range of optical frames to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial for both parties.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address any queries or concerns promptly.
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their changing needs and preferences.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the optical industry to stay competitive.
- Analyze market data, including competitor activities and pricing, to make informed sales strategies.
- Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of various optical frames to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Provide regular updates to the sales manager on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in sales or marketing is a plus).
- Previous experience in optical sales, retail, or customer service within the optical industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close sales successfully.
- Familiarity with different types of optical frames.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the city to meet clients.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
