**Job Description**:
As a Process Executive your primary responsibility will be to oversee and streamline various processes to ensure operational efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize workflows. The Process Executive plays a crucial role in enhancing overall business performance and delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development & Account Management.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong Persuasive & Negotiation skills.
- Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge.
- English, Tamil & Hindi (preferred) Fluency is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Digital Marketing skills is a plus.
