Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational tasks assigned by team leaders.

  • Support customer queries and provide basic operational support.

  • Participate in performance review and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with peers and maintain good workplace decorum.
  • Suggest improvements for process efficiency and productivity.
