5.0-8.0 years of BIW Fixtures design domain experience is must. Good experience in any 1 or 2 of the design softwares CATIA V5, NX, Fides,Solid works,etc. Experiene in BIW Fixtures-Checking of Concept Design,3D Finish,Drafting ,E-BOM &Must possess keen attention to Details. Must have hands on experience on NX-Daimler &GM Tool kit.( Atleast 0.6-1 year ). Need to prepare 3D ,2D Checklists and Guidelibnes for the new projects from references. Flexible and willing to work in shifts. Should be well versed European /American Tier 1 BIW Fixture design Standards like GM,BMW,VW, Volvo, BMW. Good Communication skills both written and oral. Should have good knowledge in manufacturing process. Should have good knowledge in engineering materials and heat treatment process. Strong knowledge on concepts of Engineering Drawing,FOS,Basics of Mechanical Engineering. Hands on experience in MS Office/Office 365 is must. Must have knowledge on manufacturing process & GD-T,Fits. Can prepare documents for QA,Internal Audits. Familiar with 2D detailing checking of parts like weldment, Casting,etc used in BIW fixtures design. Familiar with 3D checking of assembly like Clamp unit, Pin unit, Dump unit, Base unit, Turn table frame and Slide unit. Will be required to provide solution for ease of manufacturing & optimisation of designs.
