**Overview**
Adeba Trading is a multi-divisional distributor and wholesaler serving the hospitality industry based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. An opportunity has arisen in our organization for a Sales Executive. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our product divisions and offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote our products and solutions to potential customers.
- Conduct client visits, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Address customer challenges, enhance their experience, and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the Management to refine strategies.
- Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HORECA segment.
- Strong and in-depth understanding of the local market.
- Valid Indian driving license with willingness to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Fluency in English and Kannada; knowing Hindi would be advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
