**Position Overview **
- To create and optimize the campaigns on Google/Facebook for e-commerce, edutech, and lead generation clients along with reporting, research, and creative ideation with the help of managers.

**Experience - **6 months to 1 Year In Performance Marketing

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: 1.8 - 3 LPA

**Responsibility -**
- Ideate, launch, and optimize paid campaigns through Meta/Facebook & Google Ads, etc., focusing on metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPL, etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with the help of the ads dashboard and Google Analytics
- Research and ideate creative for paid campaigns to designers.
- Create media plans and projections every month for the client.
- Conduct meetings with clients and share the learnings with insights.
- Optional - Ideate, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Search, GDN, YouTube, Performance Max, Discovery, UAC, Sales, Awareness, Engagement, Lead Generation etc

**Qualification -**
- A bachelor's degree in any field, engineering is a plus
- Fluency in English
- An efficient team player
- Should have good knowledge of either Meta or Facebook or both
- Should have a go-getter attitude and mindset to make a difference.
- **It is required that you have a laptop.**

**Schedule**:

- Day shift (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Ability to commute/relocate:

- Baner, Pune - 411045, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
