Operate injection molding machines in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Set up molds, change molds, and adjust machine settings as required.
- Monitor the molding process and ensure production output meets quality and quantity targets.
- Inspect molded parts visually and using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) for defects and conformance to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
- Troubleshoot and report any mechanical or process issues to maintenance or supervisors.
- Accurately complete production reports, logs, and documentation.
- Ensure safe operation by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th Pass/diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience operating injection molding machines (preferred).
- Familiarity with plastic molding materials and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
