Machine Operator Supervisor oversees a team of machine operators, ensuring efficient production by managing daily operations, assigning tasks, monitoring machine performance, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and implementing safety protocols, while also providing training and guidance to operators to optimize productivity and output on the production line. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of machine operators. Assign tasks and work schedules based on production needs. Provide on-the-job training and coaching to operators. Monitor employee performance and address any performance issues. Production Oversight: Ensure machines are set up and operating according to production specifications. Monitor machine performance and identify potential malfunctions or quality issues. Troubleshoot machine problems and implement corrective actions. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the production process. Implement quality control procedures and standards. Identify and report any quality defects to management Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations and procedures within the production area. Conduct safety training sessions with operators Investigate and report any safety incidents Reporting and Analysis: Track production metrics and generate reports on efficiency, output, and quality. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes Communicate production status and any issues to management Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of machine operations, including setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting procedures related to specific machinery used in the production process. Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, train, and manage a team of operators. Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions effectively. Attention to Detail: High level of focus on quality standards and maintaining accuracy in production. Safety Awareness: Commitment to upholding safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment Relevant Experience: Prior experience as a machine operator in the relevant industry Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with production planning and scheduling Note: Specific job responsibilities may vary depending on the industry, company size, and type of machinery operated.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
