Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement growth strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
- Generate comprehensive reports to track campaign performance, insights, and key metrics.
- Drive growth initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand awareness.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role with a strong track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other growth hacking techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with web development principles, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning.

Working Conditions:

- Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate collaboration with team members in different time zones.

Pay: ₹244.00 - ₹593.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
