We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Growth Marketing Intern for six (6) months. As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will be crucial in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels. This internship will provide hands-on experience in content creation, marketing strategy, social media management, advertisements & promotions.

At Authenticate (Santa Monica, CA), we provide identity verification and fraud prevention solutions to add trust and safety, mitigate risk, deter theft, stop loss, protect assets, and ensure the most well-informed decisions based on accurate, verifiable data.

You can enjoy the freedom of an independent remote position that could be very lucrative if you can be very productive. The ideal applicant must be tremendously self-sufficient and self-disciplined. They must also possess a strong ability to solve problems, express doubts, and push back when necessary.

**Resposibilities**

**Content creation**
- Develop engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant information into content creation.

**Marketing**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and user engagement.
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative and effective marketing strategies.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand image and messaging.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions.
- Monitor social media analytics to measure campaigns' success and identify improvement areas.

**Requirements**:

- Is interested and has any experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics.
- Has shown initiative in the past by being involved in any marketing/growth process, irrespective of the scale of the outcome. We are looking for someone who has a bias for action.
