**Business Executive - Star Financial Services**

**Star Financial Services** is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business growth and developing strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients for Star Financial Services' products and services.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and proposals to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and financial products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services or sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
