**We’re hiring a proactive and energetic Sales Coordinator to drive and support our sales team** In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring daily sales performance, setting targets, following up with the team, and ensuring consistent sales growth. You’ll play a key part in motivating the team, pushing for results, and ensuring operational efficiency in order processing and customer follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Push and motivate the sales team to meet monthly targets.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and deal closures.
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance reports.
- Organize sales meetings and review sessions.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (CCTV/security industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

**Work timings 10am to 6.30pm**

**2 and 4 Saturday off**

**Location : Nandanam ,Chennai**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
