**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a versatile individual who can kickstart our marketing and sales activities, and work closely with the leadership team to build initial traction for our SaaS product. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a startup environment, playing a pivotal role in our journey towards growth and expansion.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Activities**: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and events. Develop marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
- **Market Research**: Research industry trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape to plan marketing activities that address market needs and generate leads.
- **Lead Management**: Attend to incoming leads, nurture relationships, and conduct product demos to help potential clients understand the value of our product.
- **Revenue Growth**: Implement activities to attract new customers and continuously work towards improving revenue.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze the success of marketing and sales initiatives. Provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
- **Team Expansion**: Contribute towards laying a foundation for future growth by providing insights into successful campaigns and helping shape the marketing and sales processes.

**Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Monitor and respond to leads and customer inquiries promptly.
- Conduct online product demos and follow up with prospective clients.
- Research potential marketing opportunities and compile insights to guide strategies.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on planning and prioritizing marketing efforts.
- Update CRM with lead and customer information, ensuring all interactions are recorded.
- Track key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and prepare weekly reports.
- Assist in content creation, including blog posts, case studies, and marketing collateral.
- Write blog posts and improve the product webpage to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Attend virtual events, webinars, or networking opportunities to promote the product.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
