**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive **Telecollection Executive - Recovery** to join our team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers for payment and resolve queries regarding bills and dues.
- Maintain daily records of calls, payments, and follow-ups in the system.
- Negotiate and finalize payment plans as per company policy.
- Escalate non-responsive or complex cases to senior team members or legal teams.
- Meet individual and team collection targets.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines while dealing with customers.
- Maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recovery, collections, or telecalling preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in banking, NBFC, telecom, or fintech recovery processes.
- Multilingual capabilities for regional customer communication.
- Familiarity with legal and recovery guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
