**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Gently remind customers about due dates and the payment process.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan repayments.
- Negotiate repayment plans, if needed, to help customers manage payments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payment statuses, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve collection processes.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- DRA Certification is a must.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate tactfully.
- Basic knowledge of loan and repayment processes.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Collections & recovery: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- DRA Certification (preferred)
