**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate CNC VMC machines for machining valve components as per production drawings and specifications.
- **Program Execution**: Load CNC programs, interpret blueprints, and execute machine operations to meet tight tolerances.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the machining process, perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- **Tool Management**: Select and install the proper tools, including end mills, drills, and taps. Ensure tools are sharpened and replaced as necessary.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC VMC machines to ensure smooth operations.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve machine issues, make adjustments to programs or machine settings to correct malfunctions.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes for better efficiency and productivity.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a CNC VMC Operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in valve production.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating and programming CNC VMC machines. Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and Fanuc control systems.
- **Education**: A technical diploma or certification in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, and materials, particularly in valve manufacturing.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to work with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: 11K to 15K.
