**Machine Setup**:

- Set up and operate VMC machines according to detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Install workpieces, fixtures, and tools in the machine as required.
- Select appropriate tools and ensure they are in optimal condition.
- **Program Execution**:

- Load CNC programs into the machine and make necessary adjustments for accurate machining.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper execution of machining processes.
- Troubleshoot and adjust offsets, feeds, and speeds during operation as needed.
- **Tool Maintenance**:

- Inspect and maintain machine tools for sharpness, wear, and functionality.
- Replace worn tools and adjust machine settings to maintain precision.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Ensure that finished products meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.
- Report any deviations or defects to supervisors and take corrective actions as needed.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Report any mechanical issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team or supervisor.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with CNC programming, G-code, and M-code, as well as interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- 2-D Drawing Reading

**Education and Experience**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: High School Diploma or equivalent (ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience operating VMC or CNC machines in a precision manufacturing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,720.04 - ₹26,874.95 per month
