**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce components as per design specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to set up and run CNC machines.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure precision and efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Operations, or equivalent.
- Proven experience with CNC machine operation, programming, and tool selection.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with machining processes, tools, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of safety and maintenance protocols.
