Sales Executive/ Nutritionist
Company: Go Natural Wellness - A Naturopathy Centre
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Lead Calling
Make 50-100 calls daily to prospective and existing leads based on the provided database.
Engage with leads to understand their wellness requirements and effectively explain the centre’s naturopathy services.
Consistently follow up to nurture leads and convert them into confirmed clients, including offline interactions.
2. Data Management
Update lead details and call outcomes in an Excel sheet or CRM system as per specified criteria.
Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Provide timely reports on daily progress and lead conversion status to the management.
3. Weekend and Shift Requirements
Work weekends in the morning shift.
Enjoy one day off (Monday).
Weekday timings (Tuesday to Friday): 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Weekend timings (Saturday and Sunday): 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
4. Communication and Client Engagement
Demonstrate excellent communication and persuasive skills to build rapport with potential clients.
Address client inquiries about naturopathy services with professionalism and clarity.
5. Technology and Equipment
Use a personal laptop for work-related tasks (secure locker provided for safety).
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
Open to freshers with a passion for sales and client interaction.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Incentives and Earning Potential
Attractive incentives offered for every successfully converted lead into a paying client.
Incentives are provided in addition to a fixed salary, offering significant earning potential.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
