**Job Summary**: The Product Officer will be responsible for promoting and managing our Ayurveda product line. This role requires a strong understanding of Ayurveda principles, excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, and the ability to effectively train and support representatives in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion and Management**:

- Develop and implement strategies for promoting Ayurveda products.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences in the target market.
- Monitor and analyse product performance and provide feedback for improvements.
- **Training and Support**:

- Train and support field representatives and sales teams
- Provide detailed product information, usage guidelines, and benefits to the representatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure representatives are well-informed and up-to-date with product knowledge.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the region.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Content Creation and Communication**:

- Create and translate product-related content, including brochures, presentations, and marketing materials, into Hindi.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of product performance, customer interactions, and training sessions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with other regional product officers to share best practices and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda (BAMS).
- Strong understanding of Ayurveda principles and products.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Ayurveda
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- At least one year of experience working
- Experience in training and supporting field representatives.
- Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences in the Ayurveda industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
