You will lead our product vision, strategy, and execution, driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the successful launch and growth of our products. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Identify market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and conduct competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Define product road maps, prioritize features, and set clear product goals and KPIs. Product Management: Oversee the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product delivery. Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform product improvements. Showcase products in the industry gatherings and launches Product Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and encourage experimentation to drive product differentiation. Identify emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to create innovative products and services. Collaborate with industry experts, partners, and customers to generate new product ideas. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product team, attracting and retaining top talent. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers. Establish clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and empower team members to take ownership of their work. Customer Experience: Prioritize customer needs and satisfaction, ensuring products deliver exceptional value. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and new product development. Collaborate with customer success and support teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Required Skills and Experience: Proven track record as a product leader or a product evangelist. Deep understanding of financial services and technology trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. A passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset. .
