This includes identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across credit, market, liquidity, operational, compliance, information security, and AML domains.Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall risk management function across the Bank, ensuring effective implementation of risk frameworks.- Oversee credit risk, market risk, Information security risk, liquidity & interest rate risk, operational risk, and compliance risk management.- Ensure effective implementation of Basel guidelines and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process.- Supervise internal financial controls, information security risk assessments, and cybersecurity preparedness.- Facilitate Board and Committee discussions on Risk Profile of the organization, level and direction of aggregate and major risk streams, risk appetite, capital adequacy, and emerging risks.- Provide leadership in operational risk, business continuity planning, and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) compliance.Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.- Minimum 25 years experience in banking with at least 10 years progressive experience in risk management- Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills.- Proven track record of working with regulatory authorities, auditors, and Board-level committees.Desirable Professional Qualifications :Certification in FRM /Professional RiskAge: Not exceeding 60 years (as on the date of application).
