**Production & Purchase Entry**:
Daily entry of production data and purchase bills into ERP/accounting system.
- **Data Entry & Filing**:
Maintain digital and physical records of all company transactions, logs, and documents.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
Assist in scheduling internal/external meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- **Accounts Support**:
Assist accounts department with entries, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
- **Despatch & Logistics Data Entry**:
Enter dispatch details, coordinate with transporters, and update delivery records.
- **Online Payments**:
Initiate vendor payments, maintain payment logs, and coordinate with banks (basic online banking tasks).
- **General Manager Assistance**:
Support the GM with reports, document handling, follow-ups, and office coordination.
- **Company Maintenance Tasks**:
Coordinate office upkeep needs like AMC services, office supplies, equipment repair follow-ups.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong in **MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software**:

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
