To oversee the sourcing and procurement activities related to automotive battery components and materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition while maintaining high quality standards.
- **Principle Accountabilities**
List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfill your job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results.
**Major Activities**
- **Distributor Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for Distributors/Dealers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors/Dealers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to pricing policies, product availability, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and inventory management, to fulfill customer orders on time.
- **Sales Support**:Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance metrics, and analyzing market trends. Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of automotive battery products and coordinate with the operations team to ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand. Assist in forecasting and planning inventory requirements based on sales projections and market trends.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies related to sales documentation, contracts, and agreements. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer communications.
- **Sales Coordination**:Coordinate sales meetings and conferences. Assist in scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, and organizing travel arrangements for the sales team.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to management based on sales coordination experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Relevant Experience:
- 5-8 years’ relevant experience
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the automotive industry or related field.
- Must be excellent in MS-Office

⮚ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
⮚ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
⮚ Attention to detail and accuracy in sales order processing and documentation.
⮚ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
⮚ Knowledge of automotive batteries or related products is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
