Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Sector 29, Gurgaon Haryana 122022.
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing product information.
- Process sales orders and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and tracking systems.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations for the sales team and management.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and assist with any post-sales inquiries.
- Manage communication with clients, including handling complaints, queries, and concerns.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and product demos for the sales team.
- Assist in organizing promotional events or sales campaigns.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
- Maintain inventory levels for demo products, samples, or sales materials.
- Monitor competitor activity and report trends or market changes to the sales team.
- Cold Calling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹12,091.59 - ₹30,000.00 per month
