**Bakery Head Chef Job Responsibility**
- **Supervision and Management**: Oversee and train junior bakery staff, ensuring proper baking techniques and food safety protocols.
- **Recipe Development**: Create new recipes, adjust existing ones, and develop seasonal menus.
- **Production and Quality**: Ensure consistent quality and taste in all baked goods, adhering to established recipes and standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs effectively.
- **Food Safety and Sanitation**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other kitchen staff, management, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and meet production schedules.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure proper functioning of baking equipment and address maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Head Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, food safety regulations, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.
- Creative skills in recipe development and product presentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
