**Job Description**:

- The ANZ Deal Solution Group is looking to hire Solutions Lead who will be responsible for managing bids end to end and provide solutions to the ongoing deals. Strong expereince across multiple sectors will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Solution Lead the following are responsibilities to be managed independently and with a team.
- Responsible for leading and supporting RFX’s, proactive proposals on implementation, transformation, managed services, cloud solutions.
- Prepare the one-page L1 level solution based on customer requirement and drive with GBL’s support to complete up to L3/L4 level.
- You should be responsible for providing/driving MS/Transformation/Implementation solution proposal, transition methodology, Sizing for the requirement, delivery model and preparing cost proposal.
- Own the solutions and proposal end to end with support from GBL teams, Bid mangers, pursuit lead.
- You should be responsible for coordinating with multiple stake holders of the RFP’s like GBL practices (Digital, D&C, etc), sales, finance, legal and delivery team.
- Should have excellent Customer orientation, communication and presentation skills.
- Effort estimation, commercial models, and project management.
- Lead Solution design, customer presentation and demos.
- Close Interaction and collaboration with OEM, Delivery, Sales and COE team
- Readiness for multiple travels

Qualifications:
Delivery Experience
- Experience on Effort estimation, commercial models, and project management.
- Experience/understanding in providing system improvement plans, providing solutions in process improvement.
- Detail understanding/experience of development/support methodologies, supporting projects in implementation and support.
- Understanding of delivery models agile, waterfall etc
- Problem solving skills
- Experience and Knowledge of Cloud solutioning and completed first level certifications.

Technical skills
- Knowledge of multi-sector platforms and worked on any platform.
- Technical experience of core technologies
- 8-14 years of relevant IT experience in Presales Solutioning roles
- Knowledge of commercial models
