Role & responsibilities
The Presales Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role is pivotal in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for handling the customer's inquiry (voice process).
- Follow-up with customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Handling calls, collecting, and updating the database.
- Good communication skills.
- Qualification: Any Graduates.
- Proven experience in presales or customer-facing roles (freshers can also apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Experience required: 0 to 2 years
- It's 6 days of working (including weekends) and one week off on a weekday.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Competitors Knowledge: Awareness of market competitors and industry trends.
- Right Attitude: Positive and proactive mindset.
Pay: ₹10,332.74 - ₹15,000.00 per month
