**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Source potential clients through online platforms, cold calling, and database management.
- **Initial Client Engagement**: Contact and qualify leads to understand their property requirements.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Set up meetings and site visits for the Sales Executives.
- **Follow-ups & Relationship Building**: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture leads.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitive projects, and market insights.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and client interactions.
**Requirements**:
- **0-2 years** of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or inside sales (Real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on lead conversion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Kannada (additional languages are a plus).
