**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Achieve Sales Targets** - Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals in the luxury surfaces segment.
- **Business Development** - Identify and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and high-end clients.
- **Customer Engagement** - Provide a premium experience through personalized consultation, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- **Market Expertise** - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the luxury interiors market.
- **Presentation & Negotiation** - Confidently present products, handle client objections, and close high-value deals.
- **CRM & Reporting** - Maintain client databases, track sales performance, and provide regular reports on progress and insights.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **surface materials, interiors, or luxury products** sales.
- Strong track record of **meeting and exceeding sales targets**.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills** to build and maintain relationships.
- Passion for luxury design, surfaces, and premium client servicing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 3 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 3 years (preferred)
