**Responsibilities and Duties**
Job Description : F&B Controller
- Ensures validity of food & beverage invoices against the items.
- Audits weekly & monthly inventory records for all food & beverage item in store room.
- Reconciles daily food & beverage costs.
- Prepare weekly & monthly cost of goods sold report & yearly budgeting report.
- Maintain proper standard vs actual report.
- Investigate any discrepancies to determine cause and resolves immediately.
- Verify and record all complimentary and cancelled bills
- Prepare and assist on month closing process by preparing a full set F&B cost report, inventory report,
- Investigates variances between food and beverage potentials and actual results, recommends corrective actions when necessary
- Ensures that there is no over stock items.
- Compares details of quantities, unit costs, etc., on regular stock take records.
- To conduct spot check periodically on Physical stocks for food and beverage items against their appropriate market lists.
- To process daily invoices; to match them their supporting authorizations and sell records.
- To prepare daily reports obtain the signatures from the superiors on consistent basis.
- To maintain good working relationships with all external and internal parties.

Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 2-4 years of experience of F&B Controller.
- University degree. Preferably from Hotel industry.
