**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients, including hospitals, healthcare chains, and project consultants.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and project follow-up.
- Manage social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and create engaging content related to RH Fabtech’s capabilities and achievements.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Engineering background preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in hospital infrastructure or medical equipment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
