
Office Attendant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry.
- Ensure washrooms are clean and hygienic.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal regularly.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, or refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Arrange and clean utensils after use.
- Ensure proper stock of tea/coffee supplies, drinking water, and pantry items.
- Open and close the office premises as per schedule.
- Deliver files, documents, and parcels within departments or to external offices.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, or filing documents when required.
- Deposit/collect cheques, letters, parcels, or documents from banks, courier offices, or clients.
- Assist in purchasing office supplies or stationery as per instructions.
- Assist office staff with small tasks like shifting files, arranging chairs/tables for meetings, etc.
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up with required materials (notepads, water, etc.).
- Handle guests courteously and guide them to the concerned person/department.
- Run errands as directed by senior staff or management.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum educational qualification: 8th or 10th standard pass (as applicable).
- Physically fit and able to move around throughout the day.
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
- Basic understanding of office environment and responsibilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
