We at Siemens Digital Industries Software, As part of a zone or country Enterprise Learning and Adoption team, work with Customer key users, internal stakeholders (Program Managers, Solution and Product Architects) and partners to ensure the customers experience a seamless interaction with Siemens Services and succeed in their objectives of rapid value realization and increased process productivity. Supports the design and execution of Enterprise Learning and Adoption programs in agreed DF PL domains that enable customers to minimize user adoption risks and to achieve superior adoption of the Digital Enterprise solution. Applies Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of customers user communities. Applies project management methods and skills to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of Siemens financial targets. In collaboration and alignment with the Program or Project Manager in charge, supports the Learning and Adoption work stream of customer programs deploying multiple Siemens DF PL products within a single domain (for example: PLM, STS, DER) to multiple locations. Actively participates in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development, and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.

**Teamcenter Trainer Job Description**:
We are looking for a Teamcenter Trainer to join our Global Delivery Network team based in India. You will join our technical training team and will help to deliver world class Teamcenter training to our industry leading customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- As part of the training team, you'll work with Professional Services to deliver high-quality Learning and Adoption Services and end-user training.
- Deliver your standard and customized training remotely, at customer locations or at one of our training locations.
- Coach customers on site to learn how work more efficient with our tools.
- Actively participate and contribute to the global "Learning" Community of Practice.
- You will contribute to the definition, development, and management of Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Development, Robotics, Manufacturing Technology, or any other Engineering field with great command of English.
- Degree in Engineering or have experience working as an engineer, with a “Can do" mentality.
- Strong interpersonal skills, you love to help people develop, and you are willing to travel.
- Should be able to able to deliver Teamcenter Trainings on multiple modules.
- 5+ years of industry Training experience in Enterprise product is necessary.

- ITK Customization, RAC customization, SOA customization, Classification, AWC customization, NX integration
