  • We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated professional who can work independently with minimal guidance, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a high degree of ownership.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to drive results-oriented initiatives, collaborate effectively, and navigate ambiguity with ease.
  • Extensive experience in L&D, with a strong focus on organizational development, change management, and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • A Master's Degree or equivalent is required, along with 8-10 years of experience working in a large, multinational organization, preferably within the learning function.
