Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Machine Learning Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced modular ML pipelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structuring complex ML systems, ensuring consistency of feature data, governing data in a feature store, and promoting collaboration between teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing MLOps principles, including automated testing, versioning, and monitoring of features and models. This includes training ML models from tabular data, personalizing Large Language Models (LLMs) using fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generator (RAG), validating models using evaluation data, identifying and developing reusable model-independent features, and deploying real-time models connected to a feature store.

A critical aspect of this role is to develop user interfaces to ML systems and log and monitor features and models with a feature store. Strong technical expertise in machine learning and software development is required, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • 14-16 years of total experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience on Sagemaker AI

  • Personalization of LLMs using fine-tuning and RAG
