Education Expert and Instructional Designer

As an Education Expert for the foundation course, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of undergraduate students.

Your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and enhance the curriculum, learning materials, and assessments for this critical stage of students' academic journey.

By leveraging your expertise in instructional design and your creative approach to education, you will contribute to the overall success and satisfaction of our students as they begin their higher education journey.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with academic experts to create a cohesive and structured curriculum that aligns with the course's learning objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop a variety of engaging and interactive learning materials, including multimedia content, written materials, and activities.
  • Assessment Design: Create both formative and summative assessments that accurately measure student understanding and progress.
  • Learning Experience Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improving the overall learning experience, such as the incorporation of new technologies or teaching methodologies.
  • Technology Integration: Explore and recommend innovative educational technologies and tools that can enhance the course's delivery and impact.

Person Specification:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related roles, with 2 to 5 years of experience.
