Role Overview

As a Chief Technology Officer/SVP/VP/Sr Solution Architect, you will lead the technical strategy of our startup, developing scalable technology solutions that drive our mission forward.

You will oversee product development, recruit and manage a talented team of engineers, and collaborate closely with leadership to execute innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technical vision that aligns with business objectives and enhances scalability.
  • Lead the design and development of AI-driven products or software solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Build and optimize a robust tech stack to support the company's growth and product needs.
  • Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments.
  • Implement systems for tracking technical performance and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency.
Qualifications & Attributes:
  • 5+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning, or software startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams and stakeholders.
