Job Title: Chief Cybersecurity Architect

The successful candidate will work as a member of our Corporate Security Team and assist in various day-to-day operational activities such as:

  • Analyzing findings from vulnerability scans and penetration tests, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and remediate issues.
  • Developing and maintaining custom testing scripts and tools to simulate real-world attack scenarios.
  • Overseeing security architecture and implementing advanced security controls to mitigate identified threats.
  • Conducting email security risk assessments and managing email security solutions.
  • Maintaining situational awareness of phishing, spoofing, and email-based attacks.
  • Managing and tuning SIEM, EDR, DLP, and other security technologies.
  • Guiding the organization's incident response efforts and participating in forensic investigations.
  • Conducting risk assessments and security reviews for infrastructure and applications, both on-prem and in cloud environments.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
  • Contributing to secure software development life cycles by integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Supporting vulnerability lifecycle management and recommending remediation strategies to IT and DevOps teams.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, publishing, and maintaining comprehensive organization-wide information privacy and security plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines. This includes:

  • Driving corporate security programs based on NIST CSF frameworks.
  • Leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of security policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Identifying and monitoring corporate networks to determine if there have been any attacks.
  • Designing and implementing safeguards to protect systems with the help of network engineers and other members of the Technology Services team.

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional who can lead our security operations center (SOC) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that scale our security program with emphasis on automation where applicable. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating forensics analysis to determine the source of threats.
  • Documenting lessons learned and identifying process improvements.
  • Communicating security issues to management via reports and dashboards.
  • Providing weekly metrics on overall security posture.
  • Researching emerging threats and working with the SOC team.
  • Driving third-party vendor security evaluations.
  • Participating in security toll-gates on software development life cycle projects.
