We are a prominent manufacturing and rental company listed on the stock exchange, known for our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. With a strong presence in the industry, we are seeking a dedicated and efficient **Office Administrator** to join our team in Mohali, Punjab.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Management**: Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of company documents, employee files, contracts, and compliance-related paperwork.
- **Coordination**: Act as a point of contact between suppliers,/vendors, tenants and customers for efficient communication.
- **Compliance & Reporting**: Assist in maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with regulatory authorities as needed.
- **Financial Support**: Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- **Tenant & Vendor Interaction**: Handle tenant inquiries, support vendor relations, and ensure timely responses to stakeholders.
- **Technology Support**: Coordinate with suppliers for hardware/software issues and ensure office work is functioning effectively.
- **Travel**: May require to travel locally from time to time to full fill office responsibilities.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a manufacturing or rental business.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance standards of BSE and banking is a plus.
