**Job Description**:
This position is responsible to deliver global IT solutions for FP&A. The key functional areas include Financial Management Reporting/Forecasting/Planning. The systems include, but are not limited to: Anaplan, Oracle EPM Suite (Freeform Module), Oracle Data Relationship Manager. The individual will be a Business Analyst/Scrum Master (negotiable) and India Team Lead. Position will partner with developers, vendors, contractors, support, and business stakeholders to implement & support critical FP&A processes.
- Functional Design and Documentation
- Working in Scrum methodology with Development Team to ensure the technical deliverables meet requirements and functional design
- Driving Scrum Methodology to stay organized and transparent with stakeholders
- Convert business requirements to functional stories, then collaborate with the development team to design and develop solutions that support our business partners’ objectives and initiatives
- Understanding system changes, executing testing, & understanding impact on system
- Test Plan creation and participation in execution throughout lifecycle of change; including driving and organizing UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Performs analysis to trouble shoot issues and drive solutions
- Owns issues and resolution management
- Prepare or provide input to written documentation for process, system, and data flow diagrams

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS *
- 3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst (preferred)
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment; Ability to work non-standard hours when required
- Experience in software project development lifecycle using Agile SCRUM methodology
- Independent thinker, highly strategic-creative, driven, and energetic
- Strong negotiation, influencing, expectation management, and anticipation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong business process modelling skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Basic FP&A knowledge (a plus)
- Anaplan experience (a plus)
- EPM Cloud (freeform) experience (a plus)
- Scrum Master experience (a plus)
- JIRA experience (a plus)
