Are you energized by finding an elegant solution to a difficult problem? We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our Integrations team as a **Product Owner **at SHL. A Product Owner is a key member of the Integrations team, who works to evaluate and define the projects at SHL. You will be the help to design our world-class talent assessment platform and its integrations with third-party systems. You will successfully engage in various initiatives across multiple time zones simultaneously and collaborate internally and externally.

- **What you will be doing**:

- Proactively provide business analysis, create, and maintain standard product documentation.
- Deliver Business Requirements Document, User Stories, User Cases, Data Flow Diagram, and Swim Lanes as needed.
- Report progress, resolve problems, and recommend actions based on different workstreams.
- Assess usability and performance trade-offs.

**What we are looking for from you**:
Essential:

- Relevant experience in agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of API contracts and SDKs.
