**About the role**:

- Should prepare users stories, which have details of technical requirements as well.
- ensure deliver as per business expectation and with agility.
- Should provide UAT support.
- Should lead project review meetings to gain business confidence.

**About you**:

- Ability to build up good user ergonomics based on new technologies like HTML5/CSS3, AngularJS, React, API etc.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.
- Strong technical skills in JAVA, shell script, Oracle (PL/SQL),and devops (Jenkins, SonarQube, maven).
- certification as Production Owner or Scrum Master preferred.
- Strong telecom background
- Strong troubleshooting skills on unix platform and capability to propose new solutions to business problem.
