**1. Day-to-day coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees and company outlets, ensuring effective communication and coordination to optimize operational efficiency.

2. **Smart Selling**: Implement innovative sales strategies at counters to maximize revenue generation and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. **Hygiene & Display Management**: Oversee and maintain high standards of hygiene, product display, and software utilization at all counters, ensuring a consistent brand image and customer experience.

4. **Product Promotion**: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive product awareness, attract customers, and boost sales across all outlets.

5. **Franchisee Training**: Provide comprehensive training and support to new franchisees, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed within our business model.

6. **Franchisee Development**: Identify and evaluate potential areas for new franchise openings, conducting market research and feasibility studies to drive strategic expansion initiatives.

7. **Promotional & Inauguration Activities**: Plan and execute promotional events and inauguration activities for new outlet openings, leveraging marketing resources to generate excitement and drive foot traffic.

Additional Responsibilities:
8. **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.

9. **Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive business environment.

10. **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and operational optimization, implementing best practices to drive continuous growth and innovation within the franchise network.
