**Job Summary**:
Kabhi B Bakery is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join our retail team. As a store staff member, you will play a key role in delivering a pleasant shopping experience to our customers by maintaining store cleanliness, handling sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Explain product details, current offers, and promotions
- Operate billing software / POS system for sales transactions
- Ensure display counters and shelves are clean, well-stocked, and attractively arranged
- Manage inventory - checking stock levels and informing the store in-charge for replenishment
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI standards
- Follow company policies for grooming, attendance, and conduct
- Assist in daily store opening/closing activities
- Participate in sales targets and promotional activities

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge / POS handling
- Punctual, disciplined, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
- Retail experience in bakery, FMCG, or food sector is a plus
- Freshers are welcome to apply

**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹19,000/month (based on experience and location)

**Incentives**: Performance-based incentives + Store-level bonuses
