**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a diverse range of Indian dishes (vegetarian and non-vegetarian)
- Operate tandoor and manage grill/roti stations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Ensure consistency and quality of food preparation
- Manage inventory and assist with food cost control
- Work with kitchen staff to plan menus and daily specials
- Maintain proper food storage and safety protocols

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Indian Chef
- Expertise in multiple regional Indian cuisines
- Experience with tandoor & curries is a must
- Ability to manage kitchen operations independently
- Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Team player with strong communication skills

**Education**:
No formal education required; culinary certification is a plus

**Salary**:
₹[Insert Range] per month (based on experience)

**Schedule**:

- 9-10 hours/day
- Weekly off
- Rotational Shifts (if required)
