Security Supervisor

Launching as the first Kids wear brand in India with a 360 degree range of products, we catalyzed a paradigm shift in ‘Young-Adults’ fashion industry For the past 40 years we have been pioneers in fabricating superior quality garments for the perfect comfort and fit our exciting product range is specially crafted for our young friends giving them a taste of thrilling and adventurous lifestyle."_**Key Responsibilities**:_ - Supervise and lead a team of security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment. - Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. - Conduct regular security inspections to ensure the facility's safety standards are being met. - Monitor surveillance equipment and review footage as necessary. - Respond promptly to emergency situations, including fire, theft, and suspicious activities. - Investigate and document incidents, providing reports to management and law enforcement as needed. - Ensure proper training of security staff on emergency protocols, including evacuation procedures. - Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services. - Handle access control systems and ensure that entry and exit points are properly secured. - Regularly assess the adequacy of security systems and recommend improvements. - Provide regular security reports to senior management and suggest necessary actions. - Maintain records of daily activities, security breaches, and other noteworthy incidents. - **Requirements**:_ - Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of security operations and surveillance systems. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make quick decisions. - Familiarity with relevant legal guidelines and standards. - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in security management or a related field is a plus. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
