Security Guard

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of people, premises, and assets.
- Control access to restricted areas and maintain visitor logs and other records.
- Conduct regular inspections and checks to detect any security breaches, hazards, or violations.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, and report them to the supervisor or authorities as required.
- Operate and maintain security equipment such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, fire alarms, and other monitoring devices.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees, visitors, and contractors regarding security procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor and enforce rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
- Complete daily security reports and maintain accurate records of incidents, activities, and observations.

Job Requirements:

- 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of experience in security or related field, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Ability to understand and follow security procedures and protocols.
- Strong observation, surveillance, and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, or patrol for long hours in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team as required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using security equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures is a plus.
- A valid security license or certification may be required, depending on the job location and requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
