Front Desk Admin Executive

At FloData Analytics, we are looking for a professional Front Desk cum Admin Executive to manage our reception and administrative functions. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will provide administrative support across the organization. A pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls, redirect calls as necessary, and take accurate messages.
- Provide general information and assistance to clients and visitors.
**2. Administrative Support**:
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Manage office stationery, supplies, and equipment inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Maintain asset issuance and return logs, track warranties, and coordinate for servicing or replacements as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordination with vendors for procurement of office assets and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
**3. Attendance Tracking**:
- Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records for employees.
- Coordinate with HR to address any attendance-related concerns.
**4. Office Maintenance and Infrastructure**:
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Oversee office maintenance, including repairs, equipment servicing, and coordination with facility vendors or building management.
- Safeguard office infrastructure, including monitoring access and security measures.
**5. Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and direct individuals to the appropriate staff members.
- Support internal employee requests related to admin or front-desk services.
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in related field
- 2 - 3 years of proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant and professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools for documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,844.23 - ₹25,000.00 per month
