Should have at least 4-6 years of experience.
- Min 2 years of experience in Banking Application Support on Production/UAT environment
- Tech Skills - Strong on Unix/Linux, Basic Oracle (PL/SQL) and knowledge on app servers like tomcat, WebSphere & WebLogic
- Hands on Batch schedule monitoring tools like Autosys/ control-m
- Good communication skills and customer facing skills
- Analyse the issues reported using Logs and DB queries
- Knowledge on tools like JIRA, Service Now, uDeploy and Confluence are added advantage
- UAT Batch Execution and monitoring of feeds
- Validate Logs for any issues and inform to DEV team to address
- Working and Health Checking of Servers
- Raising tickets as part of UAT support
- Participating in daily scrum calls
- Documenting the solutions for future reference
